Leadership is not solely connected to a position anymore: everyone in organizations can (and should!) take on a leader role in those moments when one feels compelled to act. Increasing complexity in the work context, whether due to digitalization, changing stakeholder demands or constrained financial resources, requires increasingly more presence, empathy, flexibility and decisiveness of each employee.
In other words: it requires everyone in the organization to have impact.
Taking on a leader role means being able to create this impact and to influence the dynamics between connecting (the power that brings and holds an organization together) and autonomy (the force that brings progress). This takes courage as well as humility, strength and vulnerability, sensitivity and thoroughness: the ability to live in a paradox.

This Training offers a practice-based approach to your role as a leader. As the above quote indicates, self-knowledge and the ability to reflect are at the core of finding your way to leading successfully. Next to the awareness and reflection parts, this module also offers ways to increase your impact.
Leadership is about co-creating an environment in which people are respected and optimally enabled to execute their tasks. An environment where connections are honest. Leadership asks for extensive self-awareness, the ability to reflect on one’s behaviour, matching the stories that we tell, and courage (to be honest with yourself and with the people around you, to say and do what needs to be done respectfully).
Could it be that our current worldview limits the way in which we think about organisations? Could we invent a more powerful, soulful, more meaningful way to work together?
We thus need not only a different model on looking at structures, we also need to rethink how we think. A different way of how to lead.
Deep leadership work deals with stopping to fight the old to opening up to new possible and emergent futures, realising that we enact those future states.
This course invites you on a journey to learn how to do just that: opening up to possibilities not yet imagined, learning how to stay open minded when your view is being challenged, letting go of inhibiting beliefs. But also to learn the tools to create the settings to facilitate change.

We will work in a highly co-creating way to optimize experiential exchange -but also to maximize knowledge transfer to practice. The participants will get state of the art insights and practices to increase their individual and organization´s performance. Our programs are accompanied by individual leadership coaching and super visions.
Practice (based on the participant´s reality) oriented, interactive, multiple work forms (simulations, reflection methods, direct exchange between the participants). Behavior as embodied, meaning that the interventions and applied work methods live from direct experience -stimulating somatic intelligence- so that the transfer to practice is optimized. Trainer input and feedback. Solution-oriented focus.
