Dr. Pieter Berends

Working with leaders from1995. Ever since I realized the potential of somatic intelligence in creating leadership impact, better work places, more fulfilling careers and human connections, it has been my mission to spread these tools and insights to as many organizations as possible.

Embarking on this developmental journey myself, is one of the best decisions ever made.

Jeroen Duijsens

Trainer and Consultant

Jeroen holds an MSc. from Maastricht University. He studied business-economics and graduated in accounting and organizational science. He founded his first company during his studies and has been working as an entrepreneur and consultant on organizational change since the early 90’s.

He worked with several corporates to develop their online presence in the early days of the commercial internet. He taught and mentored at Sezen Academy, specialized in developing purpose-driven organizations. He has been a lecturer on leadership development at UMIO since 2008.

Next to his teaching and consultancy work he is an interim-manager mainly active in the public sector. He specializes in complex co-operation projects in the public-private domain. In that capacity, he now leads a team specialized in preventing cyber-crime in SME's.

Jacques Basson

My journey in executive management and consulting across sub-Saharan Africa has instilled a deep passion for coaching individuals and teams toward meaningful, impactful work. I believe in the power of co-creation, combining my understanding of organisational dynamics with innovative strategies to cultivate reflective leaders.

Shaped by my diverse interests (ranging from motor sports to performing arts), I aim to bring a unique perspective to leadership and team development. My work is guided by the principle that every experience offers valuable insights for personal and organisational growth.

I hold multiple degrees across commerce, psychology, and science, complemented by an MBA in Responsible Leadership and Sustainability. I am actively engaged in global discourse on the world of work, regularly attending conferences, contributing to research, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

As a coach, my mission is to create a space in which every individual can thrive.

Marcin Wojtecki

I gathered many years of experience as a dynamic and creative leader, as a managing director and in other leadership positions. I have a strong track record in strategic business development, leading diverse international and inclusive teams.

I worked for many years in Japan, Poland, and Germany.
